Workout regimen

+ 50 Jumping Jacks
+ 50 Sit-ups
+ 50 Push-ups
+ 50 dumb bell Lunges
+ 50 Shrugs with 25 lbs dumbbells

How am I doing? Swell, Fairly Decent, Not Unwell, All right, thanks for asking.

Tomorrow is the 50 minute Walk/Jog/Run day at the Gym. Three more days until our trip to San Diego. We're going to Cali, Cali, Cali.....
