School Box Time

• Yes, I'm back running. Three miles at the Silver Comet trail. Sweated like a pig, do pigs really  sweat? It wasn't that hot today, only in the 80's, but man the humidity blows!
• It's still SUMMER every day at our household.  Summer ain't over yet just because we got to go back to work tomorrow.  Pre-planning, teacher workdays, blah blah and BLAH.
• I own four pairs of Brooks running shoes: Ghost, Launch, T6 racing flats and Mach 11 cross-country spikeless.  My perfect shoes would be a combination of fit like the Launch, lightweight like the T6, comfortable like the Mach 11, and with the colors & design of the Ghost. Neutral and Minimal of course.  
• One of these days I'm going to try a VFF (Vibram FiveFingers). Jumpin on the barefoot bandwagon.
