Wow! What an amazing find. Merrill Garbus’ band tUnE-yArDs, heard her on NPR yesterday. Did not know that she is from Vermont and her label is 4AD, home of the legendary Pixies, Cocteau Twins, Breeders, Throwing Muses, etc, all my favorite groups from the late 80's. Check this out:
