* Day 56: ran (jogged) 2 miles, 40 degrees weather at the Concord Silver Comet trail. Saving energy and tapering off for the race this Saturday: Run Thru the forest 5K. My groin injury mysteriously healed itself after a couple of days. Life's little mysteries! Yesterday I should have celebrated day 55 by running 5 miles in 50 minutes at 5 o'clock. Giving myself a little High Five.

* CNN has become a joke. Is this a legitimate news network now? Whenever I tuned in to watch, it's either some comedy sketch with Rick Sanchez, or Wolf Blitzer, or this bimbo Campbell Brown arguing with the guests pretending to play devil's advocate. Even Anderson Pretty Boy Cooper has become fluff, all style no substance. May be they should fire ALL of the workers there and start over from scratch. I watch MSNBC but on the weekends they have a weird obsession with some kind of Prison Lockdown or some boring pre-recorded programs.
